Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or enter the venue.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets purchased online are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. You must present your ticket (printed or digital) at the entrance for admission. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without notice. Online ticket prices may differ from gate prices. Any applicable taxes or fees will be included or clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Entry Conditions

• Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
• Valid identification may be required for discounted tickets (e.g., student, senior, or local resident rates).
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who does not comply with these conditions or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

Visitor Conduct

Visitors must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and animals. Running, shouting, tapping on exhibits, or any behavior that disturbs animals or other visitors is prohibited. Two Oceans Aquarium reserves the right to remove any visitor who fails to comply with these standards without refund.

Photography Policy

Personal photography and videography for non-commercial use are permitted. Flash photography may be restricted in certain areas to protect animal welfare. Commercial photography, filming, or drone use requires prior written permission from Two Oceans Aquarium.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Oceans Aquarium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your visit or use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket(s). We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for circumstances beyond our control such as weather, power outages, or animal welfare-related closures.

Governing Law
